The apartment is a 1 bedroom apartment with carpeted floors, vaulted ceilings, central air, walk-through kitchen, washer/dryer, and dishwasher in unit. Larger, coin-operated washer and dryers are available in the basement along with a storage locker. The apartment is located in a building at the top of the hill in a wooded area, on the third floor with a porch that looks out into a grassy area between buildings. Parking is available. Also, pets are allowed, including dogs under 35 lbs. There is a fitness room that is available year round at no charge and an outdoor pool available in the summer months. The building and neighbors are very quiet and the maintenance guys are very quick on repairs and snow removal.
Rent will be around $1400 and includes water, sewage, trash, and cooking gas. You are responsible for the electricity, gas for heat in the winter months, and internet/cable. It is possible for the apartment to be furnished or unfurnished. Verizon Fios is available. The apartment complex (Radnor Crossing) does want the sub-letter(s) to submit an application and credit check. Move-in/out dates can be somewhat flexible.
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from Giant grocery story, several stores, and Smas hBurger. It is a 15 minute walk from the St. Davids R5 station and about a 30 minute walk to downtown Wayne. The Radnor Trail is nearby as well.
