It is adjacent to Penn’s Campus and directly across from a SEPTA trolley station and short walk to the MFL subway station as well. There are TONS of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Extremely ideal location in University City.

Room is spacious and fully furnished with full size bed, seating, closet, and shelf space. Gets extremely good air conditioning and great light! Bed is super comfortable as well. The apartment is located at 3965 Baltimore Ave directly across from a Septa station and adjacent to UPenn’s campus. This listing is for the Summer (May-August) with potential for longer.

The price is $760 per month not including utilities for a private bedroom. It comes fully furnished with a desk, couch, bed, tv and drawer among other things (no cable). There are laundry services in the building and wifi but the subletter will be responsible for the costs of these utilities.
The location is open to all and there may be a cat in the house during the summer.
