I’m a 24-year-old female grad student looking for a roommate! I have a fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment a block from campus.
About the place: The apartment is a gorgeous renovated unit with kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It has granite counters, a gas stove, huge closets throughout, The rent is $830 per month and includes all utilities, heat and a/c, CABLE, and parking. And my personal favorite, there is a fabulous balcony! I am planning on moving in July 20. The apartment is non-smoking. A security deposit ($850) and first and last months’ rent are due upon move-in. I have been living alone for the last two years, so I already have living room and dining room furniture for shared use, and well as a kitchen full of dishes.
About me: I’m an archaeology graduate student, I’m quieter rather than louder, tidier rather than messier, and I love doing all sorts of fun things (as long as my work gets done!). I like Game of Thrones too much for my own good and find myself more similar to Liz Lemon than I should be. Basically I’m a serious student who also happens to love happy hour and karaoke…can you blame me? The lease on the apartment is one year, and I plan on getting a dog a some point, so you must love dogs! Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats, so they are a no-go

I’m a 23 year old Bryn Mawr student looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment, graduate or undergraduate, for the 2013 summer and following academic year. I currently live in a great apartment complex in Bryn Mawr, and would like to continue to live here, but I am willing to move to Haverford or Ardmore as well if dog-friendly housing is available and you prefer those areas. Your rent would be a max of $800/month, not including utilities (which we would split). I own a friendly, loving, medium-sized labrador retriever- so you must love dogs! The walk from my current apartment is a bit too far for winter months, so having a car is preferred. There is plenty of parking available. You would have a private bedroom, and we would share the living area. I would prefer a roommate who is tidy.
