I’m a Bryn Mawr alumna and have a home within easy walking distance of campus and trains. I’ve been renting rooms to female Bryn Mawr students and recent graduates for the past 20 years. I have a large room available now, but would hold until mid-January for the right person. One semester or semester +summer lease. The room will probably be available for the following academic year as well.
The room is fully furnished with full size bed, and my renters have full use of all common areas of the house including kitchen, and laundry facilities. The rent of $500/month is all inclusive — all utilities, cable/wireless internet access, cable TV, and a parking space.
Currently there is one other renter, a physics graduate student. I consider this my main home, but I have a second home in another state and may not be living here full time during the coming year.
Other key information:
– Four cats live here: allergy sufferers beware, and if you aren’t fond of cats, this really isn’t the right place for you
– Loud music, drunken partying, and illegal substance use are absolutely not permitted here
– Renters are expected to do their share of house cleaning and cat care

Our three bedroom historic home located in the West
Conshohocken/Gulph Mills area, has one spacious bedroom available for rent. We
are extremely close to all major highways (76, 476, Turnpike), as well as King
of Prussia, Conshohocken, Villanova, Wayne, etc.. You would be sharing a home with two other
women, two cats, and a very friendly dog. The monthly rent is $700 and includes
the following: Single unfurnished bedroom with larger closet, off street parking, laundry,
wireless internet, phone, all utilities. If you would like cable in your
bedroom, there would be an additional $10/mo charge.
Shared spaces include living room, 1.5 bathrooms, dining
room, kitchen, large back yard, laundry room, and front porch.
We are looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and not
expecting to have frequent parties and large quantities of people over on a
regular basis. We are LGBT friendly and
animal friendly. We would consider someone who has animals, but we would want
