- I am looking for a person with the same aesthetic interests. The Arts or whatever your study. Architecture, if you are an Artist it may be to your advantage. Whatever.
- NON Smokers and no Drugs / or Parties in house, Quiet dinners are okay, this is a peaceful place to get work done. (Study / Graduate Students / PhD.)
- Use of whole house, Living room, Dinning Room and Kitchen, Laundry in Basement. NO Charge.
- I am clean and tidy for the {most part} and hoping for the same.
- Shopping Mall with market @ Eagle and West Chester Pike, House on Eagle Road 200 yards from West Chester Pike. Past the fire house.
- Route 476 up the street, Route 3 into PENN going East.
- RENT $700.00 and Utilities Or $875 Flat and enjoy.
