Roommate needed for 2 bedroom apt at 42nd & Spruce

I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment on the second floor of a secure building in University City. It has:

-many windows

-hardwood floors

-elevator in building

-maintenance provided by property manager

-laundry in basement

-plenty of free street parking

-kitchen and living room currently furnished

-on tree lined street within walking distance of bus, trolley, el, grocery stores, movie theater, bowling alley, library, post office, UPenn and numerous restaurants.

Your half of the bills would be: ($581/month total)    rent $499, Internet + Cable $60, Electric $22

Move in date is flexible after August 15th.

I am 29 year old woman working as a social worker and graduate of Bryn Mawr’s GSSWSR. I am laid back, not super-neat and looking for a roommate that is similar in those respects, all genders welcome.

My daughter is a junior at Dickinson College and will be studying at Headlong Performance Institute an off campus program of Bryn Mawr in the fall. We are looking for temporary housing for her, September through December. She has a friend who graduated in May from Dickinson who will also be attending the Headlong program in the fall. Would you be interested in two roomates for the fall semester?

I was at a seminar once (can’t remember what it was about), and invited one of my employees to attend it with me. There were maybe 100 or so people in the room, and at the end the hosts went into the typical Q&A session. As I raised my hand to ask a question, my associate looked at me with deer-in-the-headlights eyes and asked, incredulously, ‘Are you really going to ask a question?!?’ To her it was simply inconceivable to do something like that. There is an entire block of readers that will NEVER consider leaving a comment, it’s just not part of their personality style.

although I dedicate virtually all of my night on the internet playing video games like myspace poker or farmville, I nevertheless like to spend some spare time to peruse a couple of sites now and then and I’m grateful to report this most recent piece of writing is actually rather good quality and very much more beneficial than 1 / 2 the various poor quality trash I read today , anyhow i’m off to take up a smattering of rounds of zynga poker
