One bedroom apartment available in Havertown (near Darby and Eagle) 4 miles from campus.  This is a very quiet apartment attached to our house and has a nice yard (that we take care of), kitchen, living room, large bedroom, and ample closet space. There is plenty of on-street parking. It is unfurnished and has no laundry and is suitable for a graduate student.  The rent is $650 per month plus utilities.
