I am subletting my huge sunny bedroom with its own bathroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. I need a subletter for the month of June. I will be moving out at the end of May, but can be out a bit earlier if you need a room sooner. I can leave some basic furniture (a futon bed, a dresser and a desk) if you need it.
The apartment is on the first floor of an old mansion that has been converted into apartments. It’s a beautiful apartment with a huge kitchen and living room and off-street parking. My other roommates are both 24, one guy one girl. Both are young professionals. They are very easy-going and friendly.
The apartment is located at 18 N. Highland Ave. in Bala Cynwyd, right off City Line Ave. and 76. It’s about a ten minute drive from Bryn Mawr.
