I am looking for a subletter for my room in a wonderful Bryn Mawr apartment. Preference for someone who can move in soon and stay through the end of May, when the lease ends, but please feel free to reach out even if that’s not the case!
The whole apartment (including the available room) is very spacious, washer/dryer in unit, parking available on street (free) or off-street ($40/month). Roommates are Bryn Mawr Post-Bacs in their early/mid 20s, both male. They are very friendly, easy-going, and respectful, all around great guys.
It’s in the Mermont building. Very walkable to BMC campus!
Room can come furnished. Would include queen bed and mattress, bedside table, desk and chair, white shelves, small set of drawers, black cubes and a couple bins, black dresser (one drawer doesn’t shut the whole way).
You would share a bathroom with one roommate.
Rent is $678 a month and all utilities are included except electric, which runs about $20 per person each month.
Please reach out if interested and we can set up a time for you to meet with the current roomies!
